International Programs
SEU has been pursuing a new realm of undergraduate education and teaching which is excellence focused, internationalized and research-oriented andvigorously promoting extensive and in-depth international exchange and cooperation programs. It helps undergraduates to build various channels andcontinuously explores various types of joint cultivation and education models; advances internship programs in multinational enterprises, encourages studentsto participate in international academic conferences and competitions, conductssummer camp programs and builds a teaching environment combining domestic andinternational teaching staff. Up to now, our university has signed agreements with more than 150 well-known overseas universities and multinational enterprise to carry out various exchange and cooperation programs.
SCE aims at exploring the global engagement of teaching and research, bulding the international exchange platform, and nurturing outstanding faculty members and students with an international vision. Overseas collaborations enable SCE to provide the students with opportunities to experience technical and cultural diversity.


Articulation Agreements
SCE has signed 12 articulation agreements with 11 well-known overseas universities to promote joint degrees and exchange programs for faculty and students, such as the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Carnegie Mellon University, Nanyang Technological University, KTH Royal Institute of Technology, and University of Maryland. Besides, the honor Class of Ding Dajun has been offering Civil Engineering courses at the National Central University for Year 4 undergraduates for many years, which has become one of the remarkable achievements of SCE internationalization.

Oppourtunites for Financial Support
SEU has been striving to obtain national, governmental, institutional and other grants for students, actively organizing the application for the grant programs of the China Scholarship Council (CSC). The students have many opportunities to be financially supported by the goverment, university and school with 30 international undergraduate exchange programs incooperation with well-known overseas universities being approved.
